Quality Control and Production Process

Erha Engineering carries out the design, production, and quality control of PM Manipulators according to international standards. Each product undergoes a three-stage quality control process, measured using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).

Production process steps include:

  • Welded manufacturing: Ensures the production of strong and durable steel structures.
  • Machining: Produces precise components.
  • Assembly and Painting: All components are assembled, followed by surface protection and painting.

Each PM Manipulator is CE certified and produced in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and EN 1090 welding standards.
