Quality Control and Production Process
Erha Engineering carries out the design, production, and quality control of PM Manipulators according to international standards. Each product undergoes a three-stage quality control process, measured using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
Production process steps include:
- Welded manufacturing: Ensures the production of strong and durable steel structures.
- Machining: Produces precise components.
- Assembly and Painting: All components are assembled, followed by surface protection and painting.
